Job Summary
Health Center Manager leads the clinical operations of El Rio Health centers, provides guidance and supervision to a diverse group of health care professionals, coordinates clinical and administrative activities, ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance, manages staffing and training, drives quality improvement and performance metrics, collaborates with IT on EHR-related needs, and partners with community resources to deliver coordinated, high-quality, affordable health care. The role emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, quality assurance, patient safety, budgeting, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to support El Rio Health’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- A current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license from Arizona State Board of Nursing
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or applied within 7 working days after start)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Five years of supervisory experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
