Job Summary
Supervise health center staff by recruiting, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring personnel while overseeing daily operations, budgetary goals, and productivity targets. Manage patient flow by developing appointment schedules, optimizing staff rosters, and ensuring efficient center operations. Lead community outreach efforts to increase visibility and educate clients about services, while maintaining compliance with health center protocols and union contracts. Monitor quality of care through audits and laboratory reports, ensuring all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed. Achieve financial objectives by analyzing expenditures and variances, and facilitate staff meetings to drive continuous improvement and positive morale.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory or management training and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field preferred
- Patient Data software and EMR experience preferred
