Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team at the 51st Avenue Recovery Health Center, overseeing structure and program operations for behavioral health, substance use treatment, primary care, and practice management. Provide administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for direct reports, including Clinical Site Managers, while evaluating patient care and ensuring compliance with federal laws, licensure, and CARF accreditation standards. Directly supervise staff to meet production requirements, coordinate difficult case staffings, and serve as a subject matter expert on integrated care models and suicide risk prevention. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to improve clinical service delivery, utilizing financial and clinical data to drive performance improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health, health care administration, public health, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral health, healthcare, or business
- 4 years of healthcare leadership experience
- GED/High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 years of healthcare/behavioral health leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience in integrated health care or in a Federally Qualified Health Center
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with medical and/or behavioral health documentation and billing standards
- Experience working with physicians, medical leadership, practice managers, and/or clinicians
- Proficient using computer-based systems including electronic health records (NextGen preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- 21 years of age
- Minimum 4 years driving experience
- Must pass a TB Test and Drug Screen
- Background Check Required
- Monday–Friday, 8–5
- Full-time, on-site
- 40 hours/week
- Arizona Behavioral Health Licensed Professional preferred
- Independent License Strongly Preferred
- RBHA Experience
- SMI Experience Required
