Job Summary
Directs operations across Amityville and Copiague health center sites, overseeing budgets, staffing, provider scheduling, and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborates with Site Medical Director, Site Dental Director, Nurse Manager, and Operations Manager to address clinical and operational issues; participates in hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff; monitors monthly statistics and leads quality improvement initiatives; represents SRH in county meetings and serves on the Regional Quality Improvement Committee. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of work-related experience in healthcare administration
- Ability to coordinate with multiple site leadership
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality improvement initiatives
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
