Job Summary
Health Care Services Program Manager - Leads cross-functional planning and management of complex clinical programs (e.g., cost stewardship, specialty pharmacy, care management). Builds and sustains program initiatives from inception to sustainment, partnering with sponsors to plan scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timing. Manages stakeholder relationships across Health Care Services, Health Plan Operations, Data & Technology, and Finance to drive improved care quality, enhanced consumer experience, and cost reduction. Responsibilities include development, evaluation, processes and reporting across internal programs or vendor-partnered programs; strong emphasis on analytical thinking, risk management, and effective communication; coordinates cross-functionally, educates leaders, trains staff, and maintains ongoing data/statistical reporting and program assessment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare, and the ability to manage high-profile projects, with Masters preferred. Hybrid work model with location focus in OR, WA, ID, or UT; compensation range around $92,700–$125,400+ with bonus opportunities; flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry
- Experience in clinical area preferred
- May have equivalent combination of education and experience
