Health Care Nurse

Health Care Nurse role focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of patient care on a nursing unit. Supervises non-RN personnel, serves as Charge Nurse, coordinates plans of care with the healthcare team, and demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, ventilator care, and post-operative cardiac/vascular scenarios. Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized plans of care, evaluating patient responses, providing family education, and ensuring smooth operation of the unit in alignment with unit policies. Requires RN licensure and adherence to state nursing practice standards.
