Registered Nurse (RN) role within Yale New Haven Health System providing patient-centered nursing care guided by CT Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, communicating and collaborating with patients, families and healthcare team, and leading and advocating for quality outcomes. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current CT RN licensure; emphasizes leadership, ethics, cultural diversity, and evidence-based practice in a cardiovascular inpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
