Job Summary
Conduct inbound customer service calls to provide health plan details, facilitate provider appointments, and assist with hearing aid supply orders. Manage finance assistance through financing partners and process clinic referrals for audiologists. Handle outbound calls regarding appointments and inquiries while attending weekly coaching sessions and completing compliance and product training. Follow up on interdepartmental communications and maintain accuracy in customer interactions.
