Job Summary
Health Care Coordinator responsible for training and certification of direct care staff in medication aide, CPR, and other approved nursing education activities; conducts competency assessments, maintains records and documentation for certification and ongoing education, and provides direct care services as assigned. Requires licensure as an LPN or RN and ability to obtain CPR instructor certification within one month of hire; works with Nursing Education Team to support staff training, regulatory compliance, and ongoing education for individuals served by Apace. Location: Lincoln, NE (onsite). Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday; benefits include health/dental/vision/life, paid leave, tuition assistance, and retirement benefits.
