Job Summary
Health Care Concierge — Associate (Remote, Pennsylvania Only) – supports health plan members by providing guidance, education, and resolution regarding benefits, claims, and related inquiries. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound inquiries across phone, email, chat, fax, and web; driving First Call Resolution; documenting interactions; delivering professional, empathetic customer service; and learning complex health plan information. Requires bilingual Spanish, full-time daytime schedule, and remote work after equipment installation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Bilingual Spanish

- Pennsylvania resident only
