Job Summary
Care for each person as a unique individual on the Day Unit/Surgical ward at Oaks Hospital, delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a busy supported environment. Work under pressure to tight deadlines while utilizing NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Support skills to provide compassionate patient care. Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and resident doctors available 24 hours a day to ensure patient safety and comfort. This 37.5-hour role offers flexible shift patterns, 25 days annual leave, and access to the Ramsay Academy for career development within a leading independent healthcare provider.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer services skills
- Enhanced DBS check
