Job Summary
Conduct care work in care homes, community, and NHS settings across Norfolk. Fulfill flexible shifts while earning from £10.65 per hour, with additional 25p per mile compensation for travel beyond five miles. Complete full induction and ongoing training to meet care certificate standards, with opportunities to gain nationally recognised qualifications. Ideal for candidates with healthcare or public-facing experience, though suitable applicants without prior experience may also be considered.
Required Qualifications
- No Care & Support or Healthcare Experience? No Problem!
- You'll ideally have your own transport since you'll need to get to places outside your immediate area when necessary, but it is possible to use public transport at times.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare and care & support settings is an advantage for this role, but we are willing to consider people without experience who can demonstrate the right aptitude.
- People from retail, childcare, hospitality and other public facing roles often make a good fit!
- Transport and care experience are an advantage, but we're also willing to take on suitable candidiates with no prior experience.
- You'll receive full induction & ongoing training, and you could be offered the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
- All our staff complete training to the care certificate standards as set out by skills for care and the health and social care act - health and social care qualifications are of benefit, but full training will be provided.
