Job Summary
Provide excellent care and support to residents throughout the night, assisting with mobility, comfort, and safety needs. Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements while maintaining a calm, reassuring environment. Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the team. This role involves full-time night shifts of 40.25 hours at a rate of £13.20 per hour in Harpenden Springs. Oakland Care offers a free meal per shift, uniform, and enhanced bank holiday pay to team members.
