Health Care Assistant-Neuro Progressive Care Unit-FT-3rd shift

Conduct technical patient care services and support for patients on the Neuro Progressive Care Unit, including vital signs monitoring, activities of daily living, transport, and patient transfers. Assist physicians, visitors, and ancillary departments with routine patient care activities and clerical support such as directing incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, entering patient charges, and maintaining patient charts and unit files. Ensure a safe and orderly environment while managing secretarial supply levels. Requires a high school diploma, BCLS certification by orientation, and two years of patient care or clerical experience. Full-time third shift position at Huntsville Hospital.
