Health Care Assistant - Madison Hospital Progressive Care Unit - PRN - 3rd Shift

Provide technical patient care services and support related to patients on the nursing unit under physician and clinical staff direction. Assist staff, physicians, visitors, and ancillary departments with routine patient care activities and clerical support as needed. Perform patient care tasks including vital signs, activities of daily living, transport, and transfer of patients to include discharge. Handle clerical duties such as directing incoming calls, responding to patient calls, entering patient charges, maintaining charts, and managing unit files. Work as a PRN 3rd shift Health Care Assistant with a high school diploma or GED required and BCLS certification by orientation.
