Job Summary
Provide hands-on support to residents, maintaining their daily needs with compassion and attention to detail. Work alongside the Nursing team available 24 hours a day to ensure resident safety and well-being. Deliver care in our award-winning homes, including Court Lodge in Lymington, Hampshire, while adhering to a schedule of 24 hours per week including alternate weekends. Join a family-owned, independent care home group with an outstanding CQC reputation. We fund your learning and offer progression to the Senior Care Lead Programme.
