Job Summary
Health Care Aide provides personal care services under supervision to clients in their homes, performing duties such as personal care and hygiene support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompanying clients on outings, shopping and errands, medication assistance/reminders, ambulation and transportation, companionship, following care plans, and documentation/charting. Must hold a Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent and CPR/First Aid, and be able to travel within the local territory to deliver consistent in-home care and build strong relationships with clients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around location territory
