Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while accompanying them on outings and managing errands. Provide medication reminders, support ambulation and transportation, and offer companionship to clients with medical illnesses and age-related complications. Follow established care plans, maintain accurate documentation and charting, and travel around the location territory. Work flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours under Care Coordinator supervision. Required Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
