Job Summary
Provide daily personal care, welfare and safety to residents at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg as part of an interdisciplinary care team; support residents and families to uphold dignity and quality of life, following health and safety policies; demonstrate flexibility and reliability, communicate in English, and perform physical tasks including standing, transferring and transporting residents; shift pattern includes evenings and weekends in a 0.40 FTE, in-person role; requires Grade 12 or equivalent and a Health Care Aide Certificate; candidates must meet screening requirements including Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
