Job Summary
Assist Residents with activities of daily living under the direction of the Nurse, to promote independence and optimal functioning of mind, body, and spirit. Provide safe, compassionate care, treat Residents with dignity, and uphold Park Place policies. Work in a fast-paced care environment, communicate effectively in English, collaborate with others, operate related equipment, and contribute to a culture of safety and Resident safety. Focus on caring for Residents and supporting their well-being through teamwork and adherence to care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a recognized certificate as a Health Care Aide
- Is registered with any required licensing body, organization, HCA directory, or registry.
