Job Summary
Travel from patient to patient completing several home visits per day to support individuals living safely in their homes. Prepare meals, perform basic housekeeping, and provide companionship while assisting with personal hygiene care including showering and bathing. Support basic activities of daily living and self-care tasks as part of the care spectrum. Work every other weekend with the ability to pass a criminal background screening. Based in designated areas across Canada with opportunities for education allowances and mobile device support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a HCA program recognized and approved by the Government of Alberta
- Willingness to visit patient's residences within a designated area
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening upon hire

- Previous experience performing personal hygiene care
- Experience working with seniors and/or children
