Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing; administer medications and provide reminders; and observe residents' conditions daily. This role supports the physical, social, spiritual, and psychological well-being of seniors at our new Fenwyck Heights Independent Living Community in Spruce Grove. Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate, current CLHA registration, and a recent criminal record check and tuberculosis screening. Flexible availability for day, evening, and night shifts is required. We welcome diverse backgrounds to enrich our community with varied perspectives.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized educational institution
- Current registration with the CLHA (College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta)
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date
- A tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date
