Health Care Aide (Casual)- Bethany Sylvan Lake

Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their privacy and dignity, and promote resident independence through responsive care aligned with individual care plans. Accurately document care observations and holistic needs—including physical, psychological, and emotional well-being—to the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to safety guidelines, emergency preparedness policies, and occupational health standards. Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and adjust documented resident care needs. This casual, variable-hour position is located at Bethany Sylvan Lake in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, within the Long Term Care department.
