Job Summary
Health Care Aide (Casual) responsible for resident-centered care, assisting with activities of daily living while maintaining resident privacy and dignity; documenting observations; monitoring safety; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and supporting resident independence and well-being in a non-profit long-term care setting at Bethany Sylvan Lake. Requires Grade 10 education and Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate; registration with CLHA; English communication skills; ability to work in a physically and mentally demanding environment; and immunization/background checks as required.
Required Qualifications
