Job Summary
Support residents with activities of daily living including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per individual plans of care. Aid residents with communication and connections by encouraging use of sensory aids and ensuring access to mobility devices. Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support alongside oral and dental care. Administer specific medication under supervision of a registered health professional with additional prescribed training. Encourage participation in programs offered by the Resident Experience Team. This role reports to a Wellness Manager within the Long Term Care team at Fort Saskatchewan Care Community. Applicants must hold a Health Care Aide program from an approved college, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
