Job Summary
Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and facilitate booking, scheduling, and cancellation processes via phone and in-person. Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system. Conduct tours to sell service packages and memberships while educating guests on medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care. Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain a safe and secure environment, and serve as an expert on Restore products. Represent the brand by embodying core values and fostering an engaging store culture.
Required Qualifications
- You're passionate about health and wellness
- You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Working weekends doesn't bum you out
- Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
