Job Summary
Structured Clinical Paid Residency program for students in health/wellness fields at Stretch Zone, offering hands-on practitioner-assisted stretching, mobility and neuromuscular education, and client wellness experience. Residents transition from student learners to Certified Stretch Zone Practitioners through a nationally recognized certification process, with virtual training coursework, mentorship, monthly evaluations, and potential for future Stretch Practitioner opportunities. Includes paid training pathway, professional development, and hands-on experience with active adults, athletes, and wellness-focused clients; opportunity for advancement and strong documentation and client-communication requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Current enrollment in (or graduate of) Fitness, Wellness, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Science-related program preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to maintain a consistent 12-hour weekly schedule
- Leadership experience is a plus
