Health and Wellness Manager

Job Summary
Lead and deputise for the Head of Wellness to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality health and wellness services at Hilltop Gardens; oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, hygiene and safety, budgeting and revenue optimization; drive revenue growth through treatments, retail, rebookings, service enhancements, and collaboration with Marketing; manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with Maltese health and wellness regulatory frameworks, and promote staff development and continuous improvement; deliver a consistently high standard of resident, client, and guest experience, including handling feedback and complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in health services, wellness, spa, hospitality, or clinic management
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment, including regulatory inspections and audits
- Strong leadership, people-management, and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness with experience supporting revenue growth and budget management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Knowledge of Maltese health and wellness regulatory frameworks
