Job Summary
Health and Wellness Director at Park Vista by Bonaventure oversees senior living communities’ health services, supervising the Memory Care Director and Assisted Living Director. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training care-team members; ensuring resident service plans are current and reflective of each resident; overseeing medication administration systems; performing continuous Quality Assurance reviews; maintaining regulatory compliance for Assisted Living and Memory Care; supervising key leadership positions; assisting with shift coverage to ensure quality resident care; addressing resident and family concerns; and modeling professional leadership. Requires leadership/management experience, knowledge of applicable regulations, strong communication with staff and residents, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain/licensed Administrator license as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience preferred
- English language required
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- If not a licensed Administrator have the capability and desire to obtain an Administrators license
