Health and Wellness Director

Oversee daily operations of assisted living and memory care departments, including hiring, training, and developing the care team. Provide leadership to management staff such as the Memory Care Director and Care Coordinators while evaluating resident needs to assess, communicate, and document status on electronic care systems. Direct med techs and delegate nurse duties to unlicensed personnel, ensuring adherence to medication management, infection control, and safety protocols. Manage budgeting and cost control while fostering a team culture of empowerment and responsiveness. This role supports the mission of providing a stellar life for residents at La Sonora at Dove Mountain.
