Job Summary
Health and Wellness Director responsible for overseeing health and wellness programs for residents, ensuring regulatory compliance and state requirements, managing the clinical budget, directing nursing/clinical staff, coordinating care conferences with families, assessing residents for admission and level of care, developing and monitoring care/service plans, delivering staff training, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality care environment. Must have RN or LPN licensure, drive to assessments/trainings, and strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills. Oversees scheduling, reporting, training, and on-call coverage while maintaining regulatory standards andResident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in clinical leadership (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- Ability to drive to locations for resident assessments/evaluations
