Health and Wellness Director

Health and Wellness Director leads clinical operations in a Cogir Senior Living community, conducting initial and ongoing health assessments, overseeing the medication program, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsible for hiring and supervising licensed nursing staff, delivering hands-on training and staff development, coordinating with families and outside vendors, maintaining resident records, and participating in community marketing efforts to support high-quality resident care. Requires an LVN/LPN or RN license, at least four years in geriatric nursing, and two years in a supervisory role; associate degree or higher preferred; relocation assistance available (in-state). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential; ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and on-call duties.
