Job Summary
Coordinate resident care by implementing policies relating to resident care; supervise and assist in provision of services, coordinating those provided by independently contracted ancillary health care providers as requested by residents and families. Conduct assessments, negotiate service plans, develop service schedules, and update service information as indicated by resident needs. Ensure timely assessments and accurate charging based on assessments. Assist in social history assessments and outline life enrichment programming to include meetings with residents and families, with follow-up with associates and volunteers on life enrichment programming. Required Qualifications
