Job Summary
12-month immersive Career Accelerator program at Stretch Zone designed to take an entry-level practitioner to a leadership track, with structured training, quarterly leadership seminars, and a guaranteed hours schedule. Core duties include mastering Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and improve performance, building a client book of business, supporting daily studio operations, and applying leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture. Participants will receive professional development through quarterly leadership modules, national accreditation to become a Certified Stretch Practitioner, and a fast-track path to Management or Lead Practitioner roles with increased compensation after program completion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 30 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends
- Willingness to participate in a 12-month professional development program
- Interest in health, fitness, wellness, or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, coachability, and desire to grow through quarterly leadership modules
