Job Summary
12-month Health and Wellness Career Accelerator program at Stretch Zone designed to develop entry-level practitioners into senior leadership roles. The program includes quarterly leadership seminars, a national accreditation to become a Certified Stretch Practitioner, guaranteed hours with a steady weekly schedule, and a fast-tracked path to Management or Lead Practitioner roles with higher compensation. You will master Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and improve performance, build and maintain a book of business with client relationships, participate in daily studio operations and backend systems, and apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture. Required attributes include career focus, willingness to learn, coachability, strong communication, and reliability; the role involves hours including evenings or weekends and training towards professional progression over 12+ months.
