Job Summary
Health and Wellness Career Accelerator program: a 12-month immersive track to develop from entry-level practitioner to leadership roles in Stretch Zone, with quarterly leadership trainings, national accreditation as a Stretch Practitioner, guaranteed hours, and a fast-track to Management or Lead Practitioner roles. You will master Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and boost performance, build and maintain a book of business, assist in daily studio operations, and apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor staff and improve studio culture.
Required Qualifications
- Career-Oriented: you aren’t just looking for a gig—you want a professional home for the next 12+ months
- Educational Background: background in fitness, wellness, health, or retail management is preferred, but we will train the right personality
- Grit & Reliability: commitment to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends
- Coachability: desire to receive feedback and grow through quarterly leadership modules
- Communication: high-level interpersonal skills; enjoyment in helping others achieve their goals
