Job Summary
12-month immersive Career Accelerator program designed to take entry-level practitioners toward leadership roles such as Studio Manager or Regional Director. You will master Stretch Zone protocols to reduce pain and improve athletic performance, manage client relationships and grow a book of business, and participate in daily studio operations while applying quarterly leadership concepts. The program includes quarterly leadership training, national accreditation to become a Certified Stretch Practitioner, guaranteed hours, and a fast-tracked path to management or lead practitioner roles with increased compensation. Expect a minimum of 30 hours per week (including some evenings or weekends), and opportunities for growth through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development.

- Background in fitness, wellness, health, or retail management preferred but training provided
