12-month immersive Career Accelerator program in health and wellness designed to train entry-level practitioners into leadership roles. You will master Stretch Zone protocols, build and manage a client book of business, and participate in quarterly leadership seminars. The program includes national accreditation through a certified stretch practitioner track, guaranteed hours to support steady income, and a fast-track path to Management or Lead Practitioner roles with increased compensation. Responsibilities include expert practice delivery, client relationship management, daily studio operations, and applying quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture. Educational background is preferred but the organization will train the right personality; candidates should be career-focused, reliable, coachable, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The program emphasizes technical proficiency, certification milestones, client development, and progression through Months 1-3 (technical mastery), Months 4-6 (retention & business development), and Months 7-12 (leadership mentorship and operational training). Location is Greenwood, SC with in-person studio work; full-time schedule with some evenings/weekends.
