Health and Wellness Attendant

Health and Wellness Attendant (PT) for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities include delivering superior customer service to Members and Spa guests in the Fitness Center, Spa, and Front Desk; maintenance and organization of equipment in Spa & Fitness Locker Rooms; replenishing towels; inspecting and maintaining Spa & Fitness stations; demonstrating proper use of equipment; inventory of POS items and cash handling; greeting/checking in Members and Guests, providing rental equipment, and adhering to scheduling procedures; communicating effectively with Members, Guests, and team members; ensuring accuracy in scheduling Spa appointments via phone and in person. Required skills include strong written and verbal communication, ability to work under pressure, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to balance multiple priorities; prior 1-year fitness center and customer service experience and a High School Diploma (or in progress).
