Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain corporate education, certification, and regulatory training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content. Administer the Learning Management System, coordinate training schedules, and ensure documentation remains audit-ready. Evaluate programs through audits and feedback to drive continuous improvement while collaborating with subject matter experts to align initiatives with legislative requirements. Identify innovative digital learning tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of experience developing, delivering, coordinating, and evaluating training programs within a corporate or regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience administering and supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) and developing SCORM-compliant courses
- Experience developing instructor-led and e-learning content, including multimedia learning resources
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation
- Experience interpreting legislation, standards, policies, and compliance requirements and translating them into effective learning solutions
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and learning technologies
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and Transportation Security Clearance (TSC), inclusive of approval for U.S. Preclearance
Desired Qualifications
- Airport, transportation, regulatory, or project management experience is considered an asset
