Job Summary
Conduct site inspections and audits in accordance with internal schedules, while assisting with third-party audits and monitoring operational compliance against legislative and client requirements. Engage with operational teams to develop and maintain task-based risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and facilitate periodic reviews of the site risk register. Deliver defined health and safety training and communications, and manage risk management software for allocated sites across advanced water treatment facilities in Sydney and Illawarra. This role supports personnel across multiple locations with a hands-on, proactive approach to safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Formal qualification or working to complete formal qualifications in Health and Safety
- extensive industry experience in a similar position
- minimum Diploma in WHS
- Working knowledge and understanding of all relevant Health and Safety legislation including Chain of Responsibility
- Valid Driver's Licence
