Health and Safety Specialist

Monitor and coordinate allocated elements of the Company’s EH&S program at the Shannon, Ireland site within the EH&S function; develop and maintain ZERO HARM principles, practices and procedures; implement robust EH&S management systems ensuring compliance with legislative/contractual requirements and drive continuous improvement. Undertake monitoring, testing, reporting, auditing and review of EH&S performance; assist in preparing submissions to regulatory bodies (e.g., Environmental Protection Agency) and in environmental reporting (AER/EPR); conduct investigations into EH&S incidents and implement corrective actions; manage ISO standards (14001:2015, 45001:2018); coordinate statutory training; collaborate with site business units on HS&E projects; support Emergency Response Team functions; demonstrate strong analytical, communication, leadership, training and presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft packages; proactive with good time management.
