Health and Safety Lead

Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of BCE’s HSW services, partnering with schools and offices to implement the HSW Management System, leading audits, incidents investigations, coaching HSW Partners/Offices, advising senior leaders, and driving continuous improvement to strengthen safety culture across BCE. The role requires operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate system intent into practical, usable approaches for schools and teams. Tertiary qualifications in a related field are highly regarded but not essential; eligibility to work in Australia and a Positive Notice Blue Card are required.
