Health and Safety Coordinator

Lead all facility health, safety, security, and environmental programs, including employee training, regulatory compliance, OSHA reporting, and policy management. Investigate workplace incidents, conduct root cause and risk analyses, manage workers' compensation cases, and develop strategies to reduce injuries and improve safety performance. Chair the facility Safety Committee, support continuous improvement initiatives, safety audits, hazard assessments, and capital project safety reviews. Coordinate emergency preparedness and security programs, including Hazmat team activities, DHS compliance requirements, PPE assessments, and collaboration on company-wide safety standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Safety Science or related field with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in both office and plant environments.
