Health and Safety Coordinator

Safety Coordinator responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs across construction sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Night shift role. Tasks include training site personnel on safety matters, conducting safety audits and inspections, investigating accidents/incidents and developing corrective actions, monitoring regulatory changes and updating safety policies and procedures, and supporting ongoing safety program development. Position requires willingness to travel to sites as needed and to stay in a hotel Monday through Friday when necessary. Emphasis on strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure a safe work environment.
