Health and Safety Coordinator

Job Summary
Health and Safety Coordinator to support continuous improvement of the HSE management system across multiple projects, providing leadership to ensure regulatory, client, and company safety requirements are met. Travel to project sites and office locations; responsibilities include maintaining training, supporting online approval programs (ISNET, PEC, Comply Works), administering Alcohol and Drug programs, developing safety documentation, assisting project management, conducting site/office visits, leading or supporting internal investigations, and promoting a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of industry experience in HSE roles in Forestry, Environment, Oil and Gas, Geotechnical drilling, manufacturing or related sectors
- Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) - Preferred
- NCSO or other recognized designation
- Proven ability to work in office and field locations with travel
- Experience with regulatory compliance and safety management systems (HSEMS)
- Experience with incident investigations and safety communications
- Drivers license in good standing with clean record
