Health and Safety Coordinator

This Health and Safety Coordinator role supports the continuous improvement of CCI’s Health and Safety Management System, providing leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with legislative, client, and company HSE requirements. The position requires travel to project sites and office locations, delivery of training and safety communications, and participation in incident investigations and safety planning. Key duties include maintaining and updating safety documentation, assisting with prequalification assessments of subcontractors and 3rd party providers, supporting online approval programs (ISNET, PEC, Comply Works), advising leadership on regulatory compliance and emergency management, and promoting a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement. The role also involves collaboration with project management, client meetings, and field activities to drive safety performance across the organization.
