Job Summary
Hands-on HSE Advisor at The Compleat Food Group, based at Palethorpe’s Bakery in Market Drayton. Responsible for reducing health, safety and environmental risks, ensuring legal compliance, delivering HSE training, performing workplace inspections and audits, implementing the HSE management system, managing contractors and visitors, leading risk assessments and incident investigations, maintaining records and document control, and enforcing compliance with safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 H&S qualification
- Environmental experience and BS ISO 45001 (OHSMS)
- Strong communication at all levels
- Ability to influence and persuasion skills
- Proactive mindset
- Motivated to create change and develop new solutions
