Job Summary
Health Advisor at Cambridge Clinic (Bupa) focused on delivering health assessments and education to customers. Responsibilities include supporting service delivery of Health Assessments, maintaining client records, promoting healthier lifestyles in line with clinical policies, conducting clinical tests (body composition, spirometry, heart rate, gas analysis, diabetes markers, blood pressure, cholesterol, anaemia markers, ECG, audiometry, movement screening), and creating personalised lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing. Post-assessment follow-up calls to support action plans. Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition
- Customer facing experience

- Accuracy in information recording and ability to work within clinical guidelines
- Ability to build rapport and motivate customers to make positive health changes
