Job Summary
Healthcare Analytics & AI Engineer role focused on delivering data-driven insights for specialty pharmacy and infusion client environments. Responsibilities include executing advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions) to extract/transform data, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards with DAX measures to surface revenue cycle, referrals, intake operations, and payer performance insights, leveraging AI tools daily to accelerate analytics workflows, and embedding within client pods to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions. You will identify insights related to prior authorization, claims, RCM, and denial patterns to help reduce revenue leakage, translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives for stakeholders, and contribute to workflow automation improving intake, billing, and reporting processes. Required skills include hands-on healthcare domain experience, advanced SQL, real Power BI with DAX, daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot), and strong English communication with EST overlap. Bonus familiarity with low-code automation (Power Automate, Zapier), Python/R, and healthcare economics knowledge (340B, PBM) enhances candidacy.
